Friends of Roadmap will be attending Fontan Outcomes Network’s (FON) 2022 Single Ventricle Patient Day. This event was designed for patients by patients with the intent to connect and empower teens and adults with single ventricle circulation so they feel supported and uplifted, while gaining tools to take control of their CHD care.
This will be a hybrid event, which will take place both in-person (at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 6061) and virtually on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT!
Due to the sensitive nature of this event and in an effort to ensure that patients feel comfortable speaking about the topics freely, this session is intended for individuals with single ventricle circulation aged 14-plus, as well as their significant others. FON is kindly requesting that parents refrain from attending.
